Help with Stat Distrubution

Best Stat Distrubtion for a BOW Blacksmith?

Dex and then str , or Str and then Dex?

And should I add tec?

 

DEX>STR gives the best success rates with maximum potential

 

This and you can add some tech if you want but every 20 tech reduces your crafted gear's potential gain by 1. Also with Dex>Str you can raise prof easier since your Item difficulty will be higher than if you went Str>Dex.
