hidden stats?

i've made a luk mage lvl 147 with the mistake of putting too much sp on alchemy and black smith skill tree. 30-40 sp. so i decided to make a new luk mage and instead of the said skill trees, i redistributed them to battle skill tree and mirage evasion. however, my second newly created luk mage being in the same level and same equipments, why is my new luk mage 100 matk short compared to the first one when theoretically its matk should be higher. do alchemy skill trees and blacksmith has some hidden matk on them?

 

no. the only "hidden" effect is that the TEC stat increases maxMP by 1 point each.

just using the same equipment doesn't make your stats equal.
stat points matter a lot, and your character level affects all stats as well.

 

same equipment. same stats. same level. the only difference is the my first has alch+smith skill trees and second has battle skill tree

and check your avatars.

i just looked at my own chars: same level, same stat points, same equipment. the ones with smith/alchemy skills have the same atk/matk as the one without production skills.

 

yep, same avatars too. i thousand checked and they are identical. yes weapon mastery too. this confuses me really xD
