High DPS Phantom Slash Build (10K+ damage guide?)

I see what you mean about low dodge and Agi, since low dodge rate means Full Agi attacks will hit regardless. But the Attack of Agi full stat is dramatically higher than Dex stat. The benefit of Dex stat is the Evasion and not missing, but if you use full crit equips, Attacks will hit 100% of the time. The final question is, then, what is more worth it; Dex: low attack, higher hit chance and Evasion. Agi: Higher Attack, Attack speed and Dodge. Low hit chance.
^one of those stats can easily be fixed haha just with added crit equipment.
