step 1 : go to Guignol

step 2 : fight it on ultimate

step 3 : dies

step 4 : dies

step 5 : dies 500 more times

step 6 : fight it again using the power of RNGesus and anime on your side.

step 7 : kill it,don't forget to record the only win you got in 500+ retrys.

step 8 : flex it on youtube,wait for the compliments to roll in.

step 9 : ???

step 10 : profit

True jerry, but numbers aren’t everything and sadly many ppl don’t understand that, they look at one single damage and not how long it takes to be achieved to determine if a weapon or play style is good. When the reality is the effectiveness of a dps build is total damage/ a set time .

 

This. Look for those…… DPS competitions *ROFLMFAO* that have cash prizes, live stream (dunno if people would buy super chats or something similar for Toram streams though)…… or do RMT. Don't complain if you get banned doing the last one though.

 

For pro, maybe you can get sponsorship from Verizon, AT&T, Google,... etc
and spend your time making videos, giving lectures, traveling the world to talk about Toram online.
As a professional maybe you can even organize competitions like soloing bosses and maintain a ranking board,
maybe get some government or NGO sponsorship, and market them.

 

Well jokes aside, if I have to give a serious answer to this question, then the pro players imo are those who spend lots of time perfecting the way they play the game, whether it's fighting, crafting, selling, etc. If you ask me how to become a pro KATANA player, then I would point you to @Hivan , only a few players can copy his extreme playstyle of never getting hit while soloing bosses, which takes lot of practice, That to me is what a pro player is.

Post a clip about you use Katana vs Ornlarf Ulti/ Tuscog Nightmare without Decoy/ Revitas then. Or else I just see you the type who just barking around.

Professional in this game are only those that after seeing their gameplay and even knowing their build you will have really really hard time imitating them or coming close to them.
Example would be like last year when hivan posted his ktn vs ultim machina solo it was seriously mesmerizing only channel that's keeps u on edge to see next move which people still cant master let alone do it with that grace and style.
If you talk about specific weapon players each have their own experts.
1. Ohs and its variants Dont know anyone and it's a bore fest pdef or elegant or gatling maybe md but nothing out of ordinary.
2. 2HS Snooze fest Decoy impact meteor *yawn* sometimes some changes here and there but it's all same.
3. Halb those 1 hp solos are the ones that are good to watch. Pretty good tbh considering the weapon has alot of shortcomings and only p.p as one good quality.
4. Bow *yawn*
5. Knucks it's nice some of people are doing good there notable example would be kik nako.
6. DW lmao I use it too it's either decoy impact sc or rampage non decoy or sometimes regretless kairki and so on nothing in this category is impressive tbh if you have toram knowledge you can perfectly guess so called pros build and after 2 3 tries you will be able to do it too it's just old tricks repeating here.
7. Katana Most simple to build most simple to use.
But after adding gsw you know the build but can you even master it that's the challenge.

not trolling katana is basic in fact the whole game is basic. if you dont see it that way were not on same page. hivan is good out of all katana user "ALL" katana users he made it. pretty interesting right most of em are just decoy spammers then rmt = pro. idc if he rmt he got moves but katana is still basic the game is basic no need to be pro. if you cant so what he can do with practice im trully sad for you.

 

Eh, dont see a point in trying to be *pro* in Toram. To me that just means someone who knows their playstyle and does it well. Playstyles in Toram on the other hand is practically just a choice between being optimal and being different.
