I can't sign up. Please help me

First of all, I'm a newbie. I play but I study as well. I am currently on my 4th week playing TORAM Online and honestly, my main problem is to submit my account since day one. Its been weeks and I don't have a clue how. I'm currently on level 97 and currently on Chapter 6: The two technista and I have to fight york at the moment. Now my case is here. If I try signing up in either of my email address I can't log in since it says "Account Already Submitted - The data are already submitted to an ASOBIMO ACCOUNT with a different e-mail address. (code: 022)" then if I try logging in to any possible accounts I can recall, it says "Login Failed - Please check that input is correct. (code:012)" I even thought that maybe, I already signed up for an account so I tried change content then when I clicked change email address, it says "You need to login to change. Please login with ABOSIMO Account you wish to change and proceed again. (code:025)" Now I got confused, I can't even log in since, I can't sign up in the first place. I'm afraid I might lose this account. What should I do?

 

when you go to menu > settings > account settings, what does it look like?
is there anything written in the email and password fields, and is there a submit and login, or a logout buttonat the bottom?

 

Nothing in particular it just shows this

It just shows that

 

if u already submitted your account, try to check a mail on ur submitted email. if the link expired, u need to submit it again.

 

then you are not logged in and your current progress will be lost when you clear the data from your decice.

if your email doesn't get accepted for submission, then you already used it to submit an account.
try logging in with that email, but you must know the correct password.
also, if there already was game data linked to that account, it will overwrite your current data.
meaning if your current account is a new one, it will be lost and you get the old one.

to secure your current account data, submit a new email adress.
you can have as many emails as you want, each one can be used once to register an asobimo account and each account can link with one game save.
once they are connected, the data cannot be deleted or overwritten.
