I dont know what is the function of CSPD on pet

Im not really understand whats the purpose of CSPD on pet. What i know is , pet doesn't have magic with cast time but pet have skill that the damage based on MATK that cast them instantly.(cmiiw)

If someone can explain this , it'll be very helpful.

ex. clear mind has like 3s cooldown (if your pet has huge mp bank like fresh level up it can get full mp but the pet wont spam clear mind every 1s)
