I got a bug on my lvl 100 Tech Blacksmith!?

Welcome ladies and gentlemen!

I've been a blacksmith for a long time armor blacksmith and tech/refiner blacksmith/alchemist and I never encounter any problems until now on my TECH BS.
It's lvl 100 and all Tech stats, the skills are lvl 3 blacksmith and lvl 3 alchemist.
STATS

(Skill distribution before lvl 100) (Additional skills when I reached lvl 100)

*Blacksmith skill tier lvl 2 Skill tier 3

Refine equipment - lvl 10 High Class refinement - lvl 10
Mid class refinement - lvl 10 Accurate Customization - lvl 10
Create equipment - lvl 5
Customize equipment - lvl 10
Process materials - lvl 1

*Alchemist Skill tier lvl 2 Skill tier 3

Item synthesis - lvl 10 Synthesist's bottle - lvl 5
Mid class synthesis - lvl 10 High Class Synthesis - lvl 10
Novice's bottle - lvl 5
Craftsman's bottle - lvl 5
Process materials - lvl 1
Synthesis equipment - lvl 10

OK! so here's the problem, I can't put stats on my own like int7% matk7% , str7% atk7%, crit 10,10% critdmg 10,7%. etc, with negas of (either -atk7%/-mat7%, accuracy -7 , accuracy -3% and either magic/physical pierce -3%). on potential 49-51 or 52.
But i got a friend who is lvl 100 tech bs with all tech (255 stats points) also, with the armors I created (51potential), she can put these stats easily or at least she can click the add stats because it has some success% not totally ZERO% success rate! It has 60+% success rate or so, that's why I'm wondering why its not working on my end? Did i forgot to do something? did i do something wrong? I even saw fail armors with these stats, so it means they could at least click add stats even low % success, not totally 0%.


Due to frustration !, I tried every option possible, i tried to add stats on other attributes, add other skills, so atm my skills looks like these T.T.

Novice anvil - 5
Craftsman anvil - lvl 5
Blacksmiths anvil - lvl 5
Create equipment - lvl 5 --> lvl 10
Careful Creation - lvl 10

mentioned skill above are still there, i just raise some lvls and add some skill skills just maybe to shaken things up or fixed my bug? or my problem. I send a bug report, but haven't heard back yet.

Ask your friend the order they're doing it in That's my only hint

 

I tried different order in putting stats @Squid , but same outcome 0%

 

It's not a bug. The newer stats have a complicated order in which to stat them, all at once won't work this time around.

int7% matk7% only needs pot 35 for armor

erm it is not a bug..there is a order for putting in stats. (i tried the order u put stats in the vid, 0% too)

 

For me in the video if u hate reading the links in there. The protient was -38/51 the -38 isn't suppose to be negative I think it had to be higher then 0. Correct if I am wrong.

proficiency has no effect on the skill "refine equipment" and "customize equipment"

its a complex process of adding stats, unlike before.

 

Its bugged better make a luck mage instead
