i wanna know, is it possible for dual wielding attacking from distance?

im a new player, and recently reach lv 40. and i watch in youtube, that this dual wielder is attacking from distance. and i've tried to search from google about how to do such a thing.

and please tell me , how is it possible? which skill should i take?

Power wave passive skill from magic skill tree.

 

power wave: magic skill tree lvl3 skill. maybe give 10m in magic device n staff but i hvnt think works on swords attack n i dont know how many distance give to sword attack

Yes, power wave.

Be aware there is a penalty to those who use swords with powerwave, so you will notice a significant drop in your damage. It is more designed for MD/Staff users who have a capacity to use physical attacks...and stay at a safe distance without a penalty.
