    mq still comes up monthly or with certain updates, so the story is still going on. so i'm not sure how to answer your q since it can vary depending on when u started the game.

    Nothing to do with it. What caused the price of Roga to drop was Cerabes (same effect as Roga but with cdmg instead of weapon atk) and the abuse of Boss Drop Gems due to his dye (on May he had Red A, a very popular dye)
