    How come they don't release this information to the public though? If they really mean to make it Japan exclusive, they wouldn't be posting updates about them working to resolve it, would they? And they would also give the same reply to people sending inquiries by email, I assume... Has anyone else received this type of answer from them?

    It's why I freely gave there offices telephone number as above on post it was hard enough getting there contact number so feel free to contact them directly :)

    Never asked that question actually I asked what the company future holds for the European gaming community not toram.
    And if it will have any cuts or closures soon.
    And as a consumer it's my right to ask them this and these questions.

    I wasn't doubting, just wondering about an official statement from them (or rather, a lack thereof) since it's odd they said that without releasing info to the public.

    I think if they release public info at this stage it would leave open a big roar from consumers so they're probably planning a way to do a press release to cover there asses lol

    They been reusing the same messages on FB and their website since the game crashed its starting to get ridiculous it's like their not even bothering to keep us updated

    Its not like the customer support are coding or stop what they are doing to tap a busy network engineer or ask a coder or manager for the 123,456,789th time: "Sooo... this guy wants to know the answer to the question everyones been calling us about. What should I say?" they pretty much have been shelling out answers and answering phones is their job.

    The 'Oh kami-sama please give us scraps and we wont question things' is very console player like :p
    In real estate it would be bad business and would kill my reputation if I didnt tell my tenants if my peoperty will no longer be kept or if its to be sold. They have choice and i have an ethical and fiduciary responsibility to them because of the contract signed. No ones holding a gun forcing them to stay so they have the option to stay, provided I choose not to sue for breach or abandoment and/or unpaid moneh, but as a business and consumer savvy person it is common sense to inquire and to have a statement or two ready. That being said it js simply how business relationships work even without threat of law. I dont see why people WOULDNT inquire into business related decisions. Theres no entitlement there. Just common sense.

    edit: the submit button is sooooooo close to E in portrait mode. @RAPT0R that was smart consumer investigation and also helpful to those of us who invest in mobile games in both time and currency
