Increasing Difficulty by Equipping Dex Stat on Secondary Weapon

From what I know, 6Dex is equivalent to 1Diff. And atm I have all dex gears for my bs char. Suddenly, this thought came to my mind "why don't I equip another secondary weapon and put dex stat on it" . So, I tried it and the result? -nothing happened-
Can anyone explain the reasoning behind this problem? Why does secondary weapon(with dex+11 stat) does not effect at all total diff ?

 

Sub weapon stats generally don't apply unless ur a DW

 

Coz equipment dex stats on secondary is only works if you're equip with dagger,arrow and shield. cmiiw ^^

 

In Sub Weapon, only dagger's, arrow's, shield's stats applied

 

Even with dw sub stats doesn't really works.u.

 

Even DW, 2nd sword stats will not applied

 

Is that mean for dw player, to put stat on secondary weapon is completely useless. Sorry for this question coz i don't have any dw

 

Stats works on DW sub but ONLY Atk, Stability & Element.

I see your point. That's why most dw player use elemental sworn on secondary. But how about crit? Is that stat functioning on secondary too?

 

No, only those three are the stats that can function base on the info. from toram site long time ago.
