Int based build?

I will say up front that i don't have any experience with halberd.
With the new event boss drop up there, is there any way to make int based hb build?

How about int>str spear?
Main physical attack will be chronos drive and finale for magic.
To increase the number of additional hits from cd use godspeedwield and motion speed equips. Rush can be an option but it has high sp requirements.

 

You can make any type of halberd build including int stat but theres absolutely no way it will be as efficient in dealing damage and breaking parts as the regular str>agi dragon tooth build.

 

Oh you have a point there. CD cannot outdamage DT.
Why not make a DT finale build

 

For me, the main attraction to doing Int instead of agi is the lower dodge rate for more evasion/guard procs which also means more flash blast/guard strike procs xD
The only skills that really benefit from more Int is Impact and Chrono Drive, and that's about it.

 

How does this work?

 

The magic arrow skill from Hunter tree also gives a bonus on nornan atk depending on INT and some ampr so I think just autoattacking and re spamming a simited chronos drive should work.

both skills are unlocked at lv150
what will you do on lower levels with only INT?
(based on your writing i assume you go full INT and put the rest to STR)

that skill is exclusive to bow and bowgun

 

havent gotten into farming the statue yet, so it will probably take me a couple of days to see if it works or not.

 

Strikestab will be my damage dealer before chronos. Since the spear is water elem, javelin will give freeze stats albeit at a lower rate
