is it worth spina to spend on 2 slot gears?

Another newbie question regarding a 2 slots gear. They are very pricy to have!! Do u think it is wroth to spend that much for additional damage / hp / mp?
Especially we have food buff right now as well :3

 

It depends if you want to play casual and doesnt give a fuck about taking the number 1 spot in ranks then it isnt worth it but if you are then it is imo

 

I think if the opportunity were there then I wouldn't say no to it! There are great benefits to putting crystals in equips (especially when you upgrade them) But tbh I see it being very useful if you're mainly a solo player.
Though I've also seen many managed with just one slot, so it's up to you

 

Only worth investing is additional and special gears. Since we have a cheap 2S special gear now we called "machina ring", additional is your best bet.

Additional and special gears takes quite a time to get obsolete imo so that is these gears are worth investing for.

 

If you want 2 slotted gears(machina ring aside) a +S 2 slot weapon is worth investing into imo. Other than that, additional and special gears costs like 4 times the amount of a prime weapon. Though they do last for a very long time. Anniv weapons could last 1 year max

the anniv weapons i have are the npc staff and player made bow
rest are drop weapons so i am on the safer side

If you only care about the stats, you could take the time to gamble for a 2s adventure garb (for non-tanky chars). Bird wing farming is relatively fast.

For a relatively cheap 2s special gear, try to look for Machina Ring (already mentioned by other people) and Mistletoe Talisman. Saw a few 2s Handless Watches for around 1M (if you consider that cheap). It would be probably best to look for one when there's not an event going on.
If you want to pay nothing for a 2s ring, just use the Akaku Flower, and compensate the lack of MP through other means.

 

Well I actually don't think people need 2s additional gear's anymore if you like to use too many buffs ... Well I am using NPC craft heavenly fegarb+B(ornlarf),and 1slot additional gear for my mono mage build which is quite good as a dps... QwQ I spend most of my spina in bow character cuz it's not op if don't have good gear's oof ... OwO thank God odelon became cheap XD it saved lot of my spina ... That's all .... So if you don't have too many spina then it's better to use 1sloted equipments .... Well others are also spending in 2sloted gear's and bosses aren't that strong now days so it's better to relay on each other I guess because in the end only one party member gets to be the 1st rank attacker .... Which is quite sad QwQ

 

I do agree with additional & special gears first being 2s because it lasts quite a while, weapon and armor 2s are just extras or luxury. Some players are fine and doing pretty well with full 1s equipments while others suffer (or should I say completely suck). If you're someone who easily gets spina it's a nice addition. If you're the kind of guy to always maximize power then it's a must have. If you're always broke af, then forget it. It's as simple as that. Play smart and long enough and you'll get your own production and farming characters to start a business or just join the cb warriors and do a buy and sell wisely. Those can definitely ease your burden and help you get 2s equips faster. In the end it's your choice.

 

2 Slot equips are only worth it if you really want to be top tier. They are not required at all.. You can do everything you need to with 1 slot, for a tenth of the money. If you are rich, yeah, go ahead and do it. But don't bother saving up for 2 slot gear, because the difference in stats isn't even all that dramatic in most cases. I would say that having all 2 slot vs all 1 slot will increase your effectiveness by anywhere between 5~10% in whatever roll you are doing, depending on if you make the right xtal selections. So if you WANT to absolutely min max, 2s is a must, but if you just want to have fun and play the game casually, you do not need them at all.

 

Well, just buy 2s adventure garb. So you can increase MP/HP. Everything else, you need to mortgage your home and sell your oldest child.

 

For me, the only absolute must is 2s fc armor for a few reason.
1. The best hp and mp xtal are both armor xtal.
2. Fc armor is useable for all physical dps class. Might not be the best option for some, but still usable.
3. Can just use adv garb with compromised fc16 without much drop in dmg compared to fc19. This makes for much cheaper 2s armor.

Really? Good. I got mine 1 year ago. So I'm not sure what's the best non gamble adv garb 2s stat.

 

i got it for 13m recently without xtals and refine so I don't think it is a gamble stat you just need a high pot 2s arm

 

Or buy this version(if you don't need crit that much):
7%cdmg19cr19cdmg-10%aggro or below.

It is non gamble stat and sacrificing 19% crit or below of it is just sacrificing 4 crit anyway.
