Is 'Kasakiri' best poorman's katana?

New patch come and one of the most favorite things player loves to do is checking up the new area drops, and boi I was confused... why no one is talking about Kasakiri in the forum yet??? owo
This katana stats is so good I consider this could compare to the A7CCC15 or Full Crits stats!
Now katana players can be stingy and strong at the same time, hail the poorman's katana! owo)و

64 Base ATK: which still lower than Caro but way higher than the traditional Kurotsuru or Iron Fang.
Light Elemet: for the "I am the Katana Hero" cosplay.
+4% Unsheathe Attack: which is so good for a base stats its almost disgusting. Σ(0w0
Critical Rate +30: embrace the 100% crits cause +30 rate is better than +15 rate and +15% rate.
Aggro -15%: which is the only downside cause you can't get easy Zantei anymore.

How about you guys? Do you love Kasakiri that you want to make it your new waifu like I do? owo
