is phantom slash good alt till tier 4?

    is phantom slash good sub dps till i get tier 4 skills?

    Another one would be Twin Slash since that skill gives itself its own Crit damgage boost, but it would need to used in short quick combos

    not just good for dps but also to help you survive since it makes you invincible, freeze helps on certain Boss for easier lvling and you can bypass nasty spikes
