    probably in december or maybe faster like november if suzuki higher up is kind enough, and usually the reset skills will appear alongside skills rebalance, not to mention looking on how some of last reset skills happened, they'll include reset stat too

    The release of Smith skills tier 4 will have a great chance for us to get free reset skills. Though, not absolute 100% certainty.
