Isthmus of Kaus question

    In the Kaus zone there are two portals marked in the middle of the ring. One goes to the Dragon's Den, and the other appears above that on top of the rock spire. I have tried to get up there to no avail. To where does it lead, and how does one reach it?

    If I'm not mistaken I believe the one on top is actually the exit from the dragons den
