Why relly on asibimo ? It took them close to a year to fix or find out the Lv bug we all abused and unless u yourself can snipe 100% with a staff or a bg then it's obvious it's just bows pretty sure if other had it They wouldn't be riding bows so much , also explains why the Bg market crashed there enought player proof that points to bows , bugs are found by players most of the time I'm sure they can't clarify all the info yet untill they test all the other weapons but I'm sure this all started cuz of bows plus don't trust asibimo we all know how lame they are with update or explaining stuff .

anyway, it directly states that it is not the bow who has wrong crit calculations.
It could mean snipe (other than using bow) doesn't Crit, does low Crit damage, high crit damage, or has very low crit rate...

 

I think they may have been refering to the gear bow specifically, I've noticed that people have been using it to deal 25% extra damage with snipe; people have been abusing snipe's 100% crit chance to ignore the gear bow's crit chance reduction.
