I've got a question about tenryu

So right now I'm using katana and just got to lvl150 but i don't understand how tenryu work, sometimes tenryu only cost 1mp but originally cost 3mp so my question is how can i make tenryu cost only 1mp?

 

It cost 300 mp to start the chain then the next 3 or 4 times only cost 100 mp. But after that it resets every 7 secs and you have to do it again, so it's 300 mp first time then 100 mp for every extra spam.

 

Tenryu costs 300MP at first, then you will get a 10s buff, during which Tenryu only costs 100MP. To increase the buff duration, you must successfully activate Tenryu Ransei: Zannou, by either using Magadachi and not get hit during the normal skill animation, or parrying an attack with Zantei.
