    There are no job changes in Toram. You can buy skill at the Library in Sofya though. The Library is located to the right of the Alchemy Shop portal. Which is located to the right of the Blacksmith Portal. Which is located to the right of the Government office Portal. After up go into the Library, speak to Lililu and buy the skill tree of your desire.
