What does defense pierce in this sentence mean?
Is it the effect that we can damage mob more when we grant armor break?

The ultimate slash. The power increases everytime you use certain Mononofu Skills. (10 Times at Most) Power increases against targets inflicted with [Break]. Critical Rate greatly decreases.

 

Not necessarily though also kinda, the Break allows all skills to have more power, just that Garyou has a bigger increase. The defense pierce is mainly for things like Iconos that have a LOT of defense so you can bypass it all and deal more damage. Doing that and [Break] will completely maximize your damage.
