    If you have to choose between Crystal Lamina or 4th Anniv Katana, what would you choose? Or both?
    (Considering both version of NPC/Boss Crystal Lamina and NPC crafted 4th Anniv)

    always lamina. 25% neutral is undiluted goodness.
    EDIT: Assuming you're getting all elems, lamina is best for neutral. If you're just getting one katana and stopping at that, go with anniv
