This is the latest update on the connection error that has occured to some players since Saturday, March 2 at 1:48 AM (JST/GMT +9).

We have just detected a problem while trying to restore the character databases with the method we intended to use initially. Therefore, we will be using a different method to fix the error.
Accordingly, the expected recovery date will be changed from "After March 12, 2019 (Tuesday)" to "TBA".

We will do everything we could to fix and restore the databases to their previous state just like before the error cocured on Saturday, 3/2/2019.

However, should this be not possible, we are afraid to inform you that there is a possibility that players' data be rolled back to those as of 11 AM (JST/GMT +9) Thursday, 12/13/2018.

When this inevitable rollback occurs, we would compensate all the players affected appropriately in addition to the compensation we would provide due to this error.

Once again, to all our dearest loyal players, please kindly accept our sincerest apology for the inconvenience.

We have confirmed a serious damage to some character databases due to this error.

Currently, we are reconfiguring as much data as possible from our backup and restoring character data to our new server.

The system is estimated to recover from this issue after March 12.

Since this system error was not caused by a cyberattack nor computer viruses, there is no information leakage.

We deeply apologize for the inconvenience to all our of loyal players who are still looking forward to our system to be fully recovered.

We will update you as soon as there is any progress.

lol they will go broke if everyone does that. Truth is, I quit the game for 8 months and I joined back on jan 12th. Then I levelled my BS from 132 to 150 and made a DPS and raised it to 151 as well. If they roll back the data to Dec, I will suffer a lot. I will lose my lvl 4 skills.

 

Ermm, they are rolling all the way back to before the current Story Quest? welp. there goes 3 levels per character and all the changes i did during the skill rebalancing week.

 

Lets see if they rollback to that time is like we go back in time right? and if on that time i had 5 avatar tickets i get 5 avatar tickets right?

 

My only concern is if this will affect Orb Purchases.

 

I knew it. I called it. I knew they would change the date from March 12 and take another weekend. They're just stalling at this point. Rolling it back all the way to December? Jesus Christ. So much progress. I actually got off my lazy butt to farm and grind some levels after new year's to get the new skills. You're telling me now all of that will be for nothing?

 

Basically correct...but the problem is if you get 3 top avatar out from the 5 ticket, you may not so lucky in this time.

 

Well..since i just log in and got free orbs from events for the past 5 months ..it doesnt really have any effects for me.. but for hardcore player..well..lets just pray at this moment..

 

Dont worry that time i had 79 tickets and much orbs and i had the scythe of fallen angel when i wanted the wings lul

Now what they need its to boost exp brutally like 500% and free reset as before

 

Maybe only, lets pray for the tech team.

Dam these guys are screwing with us. Expected recovery date "To Be Available?" All mu hard work gone? And compensation will be Revita(gift)x1

 

I wish I could delete other thread I made and likewise. I took a break when lvl cap was 155, came back in January, bought tickets again, and capped all my chars over that time. Feels bad, man

 

What's worse about this is, I only just recently joined a great guild I actually feel welcomed in. After this, if the roll back happens and we go back to December, I won't be in that guild and none of the people in it I added will be in my friend list either.
