    Whats there to protest?..............what happened was unfortunate, and i think everyone understands..............at least they fixed it as quickly has possible, gosh they even ask outsource help which is expensive. It's not entirely their fault, but ya know sh*t happens.

    What to protest?
    1. Protest for better service, game experience and technical support!
    Asobimo should have learn from 2018 experience, which error occur during weekend + holiday. I believe this connection error is due to the server overload. If asobimo deployed an emergency response team which work 24/7, they should have immediately approach the equipment and did some countermeasures! Not until monday and their storage equipment damage due to overheat!
    2. Protest for what we lost
    This is our basic consumer's right. WE ARE CUSTOMER. Our hard work in game, the event items we farm, everything should belong to us. AND I LOST MY EVENT LIMITED PET: Perro. Its 130lv pets with genius/justice personality. Its a great lost to me!
    Last but not least, toram definitely should have responsible 100% to this incident. They should did their preventive maintenance, and make a quick and immediate technical support team. This will definitely minimize the impact of the error. Not like what happened today!

    Dev already planned to restore the data on latest one since from start.
    There is nothing they can do if the hdd contains said data gone KIA

    Its like you progressed so far in game,game crashed,you remember that you haven't saved

    Thanks for all the replies. We should look positively to this issue. Lets pray that toram give us back if they managed to restore the data.:)

    Totally agree! I lost millions n millions of spinas as well as very expensive gear set.

    I got back my orb purchase items and avatar. But actual date have not determine yet.

    YYYYYYYYYEEEEEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS anything related to real money will be restored for legal reasons, even if they were hit by a meteorite you would get your money back via orbs,

    Protesting will not make America great again.
    We can try boycotting Toram, but we need at least 80% of player community to do that to make the dev to finally realize to maintain their service beyond serious. Toram team employees also have their own life, you know. So cheer up, it will be fine as long as anything related to real money is refunded. After all a game is there to relieve us from stress, not the other way around.

    Player who played before 13Dec2018 will definitely get back your orb items. But player later then that lost all their data with Asobimo. I suggest u keep your google play receipt or apple store receipt for refund purpose.
