Leve vs 2nd anniversary bow

Just curious which is better since leve is 50% stability and 2nd anniversary being 60%. Saw couple leves has better stats than 2nd anniversary bow. Just wondering if that 10% stability going to be bad in the long run without it.

 

Im not sure with my opinion but i feel better when using anniv 92 stat +13 vs leve 103 stat+15 with same refine n xtal

One more thing, which stat are less beneficial on bow? I see some negative stats on bow some are -7 dodge, -7 natural mp regen, etc.

 

Well if im understanding the situation completely first of all let me say that which 1 you see with better stats more often doesnt matter. Either 1 can have the stat you need once you take 1 with enough pot and free statslots to a statter. Secondly. Personally id choose the +10% stability over the atk given how near the 2 bows can be in atk

 

What about the negative stats that's on it? Less dodge vs less mana regen? Do those make much difference for choosing that bow?

 

That bow have similar stats if you buy from board / people. That is Potential Points. Stats inside are customable. They fill inside because of request from people / buyer / users.
About dodge and regen as negative, yes they different.

• Natural Regen work like our daily lives, which is healing by time to time when we on stand by / relax (not in any activity like battle). Negative regen make it quite longer to filling bar (HP / MP) while you just sit / stand up.
• Dodge work a lot especially when you use light armor equipment (armor that got remodeled into light versions). Dodge will work like evasions or enemy got missed hit on you sometime. Negative stat of dodge will reduce it which making user hard to dodge enemy attack (less dodge)
