    if it is not too bothersome i would like to see a screenshot.
    you must have at least 1 character to actually login, otherwise you wouldn't get past the character creation screen.
    also, what's in your inventory, emblems and main quest progress?

    toram helped me out yet again, so the situation got resolved. turns out it was on an email i don't even remember creating an asobimo account on at all. i tried looking for the activation email on it, but it was nowhere and none of the passwords i tried worked with it, so i really don't know when this could've happened. i'm just glad years of hard work wasn't lost just like that.
    Thanks to everyone who tried to help me, sorry you had to go through all this trouble because of my stupidity ^^'

    i think i should write down my account information from now on...
