Lost over $50 and character

Toram was doing this thing were it allowed the transfer of in game information to another device and I've done so because i have just recently got a new phone, when i logged into my email address i used for my same character for the past 3 years it said i had no saved data and started me a new game but logged me out of toram on my other device. I lost all my avatars and orbs i spent on Toram Online and not to mention the countless hours i spent playing the game and leveling up my character just to have all of that lost. I would like to know if there was a way i can get my character and account information back.

 

Did you try to login with Google account or Asobimo account? Because you can't login with Google account anymore afaik

 

I tried both ways i tried logging in with asobimo and google they both logged me in as the character i have now.
