Low-cost build help

Hi I'm a returning player,
I want to ask some advice for low-cost build using BossDrop or NPC cratf equips since i cant afford customs stat yet.
I want to build with Garyou+Tenryu as dps

My available gears were
Fc16 (Ifrid)
T.Mask 1s
M.Ring (Lalvada+York)
I also can't afford Ico/Orn yet too so I might pump some vit too

lil empress katana has 25 crt rate.
Plus you can get bear heat with a5% and crt rate 15
crt food buff from player, 10 crt at lvl 5
thats all i can think about it.

There is Sakura Lantern Katana (Event NPC Craft) that give you +40 cr, wich have atk arround 87.
