Luck 3 in 1?

so i was wondering building a luck mage but i heard that luck can also make a bs?can someone link me a guide thread to it or something? so that this luck mage of mine can also be a bs? thanks for advance just got back from the game after 2 yrs with fresh char and all. I would appreciate any help ty

(PS. i never reach lvl cap back then and never really made progress with my acc because i can't really focus on this game because i'm busy and stuff...so yea maybe this existed back then but i have no idea lol)

 

LUK does not affect crafting in any way.
it does affect the chances of degradation when refinement fails, which is why it is used for high level refinement when the currently available materials cannot significantly increase the success rate.
there are no other side effects to LUK, so it's a 2 in 1 at most.

 

As Red_Fox said it has no affect on crafting or adding stats to Equipment so a Luck character can only be used for 2 roles which are farming and refining from C/B-S.

 

eventually TEC characters will also refine to S, they just need the last skill and maybe a higher quality material.
