Luck refiner vs Tec refiner

Ok i recently made hb luk and i thought might as well be a luk refiner. But i have read some comments here said it's better if you do Atk > Luk as it make farming high lvl mob easier and yes i agree stronger Atk make everything easier. But luk refiner seems good too so right now im not sure what should i choose. Does Luk refiner even worth it? At first i decided to just put 100 on Atk before putting the rest on Luk but now i put 150 on Atk and only 10 or was it 20? on Luk. Im not yet lvl 50 btw.... and may i know at current capped lvl how many stat point we gonna have? Plus later i plan to make another full tec chara but that is for later...

 

The current cap is 185 and you will get about 470+ stat points.
Tec increase the success rate of refining, while luk decrease the chance of degradation. Up to +B the chance is decent, +A and +S have 1% chance no matter how much you put TEC or high grade ores(without success rate enhancement items)

Tec refiner can refine up to +B, which is + 13, for luk refiner, you can refine +A and +S

 

so basically luk ref > tec ref? ok im glad i only put 150 on atk... good thing i ask before lvl up more and put everything on atk cos i no longer have reset book....

 

Nope, TEC refiner is suitable from 0 to B.
Luk refiner only suitable for A and S.
Its because both TEC and LUK refiner would still have 1% chance of succeeding +A and +S. Luk is only better at that point because it gives you less degradation chance. 0 to B is still more cost-efficient with TEC. So if you want to be a full-time refiner, you need both TEC and LUK refiner char

 

Yunan already covered the refine part quite nicely as for the stats question with all level up emblems and the 4 emblems from getting each boss rank 100 times at current level cap of 185 you'll have 255 in 1st stat and 232 in 2nd stat if you only use 2 stats like I've done on my tech bs/alchemy cf user so max stat points that I know of is 485 while minimum is 465.
