LUK stats and Xtal droprates

Does LUK stats affects xtal drop rates from bosses?

 

Short answer: No.
Medium answer: Yes and No.

Long answer: It does affect Xtall drop rate, but the drop rate itself is so ridiculously small that the bonus drop rate from LUK is basically unnoticeable. So not really.
For xtall the best is getting Base drop rate Gems from some seller or buying it yourself. it will make the 0,0some ridiculous small number% Xtall drop rate become 25 flat, 50% flat or whatever (this applies to Items and anything the boss can drop, hence why Gem runs so popular at felien for her sword).

BUT, LUK does affect nicely Common items/Break Items drop rate, People use LUK mages to farm Mino skin (IDK if they still do since I never go farm there, but it sure is one strategy from many).
