    I suppose that their are many people wondering like I am what would be better in your opinion a luk or tec when making gear/potions

    TEC for production.
    LUK lowers the degradation rate when refinement fails, but it doesn't increase the success rate like TEC does.

    What Red_Fox said plus there's been multiple threads about this and I've mentioned in all of them Luk does absolutely nothing for crafting.
