Getting a BS tree isn't a problem but, like I said, it's a problem if you're using it on your mage when you could invest those points into something else. Why would you make a character that is used to mainly fight and then BS (other than farming purposes) on the side? You can make a pure BS.

Maybe you were telling him to save his money? If that's the case, I misunderstood the context so I apologize about that but you don't need to be rude. The reason I called you out was because I *have* read some of your posts and you tend to sound demeaning towards others. Sure, some ppl have asked dumb questions but some have been genuine and you usually replied in a not so considerate manner.

Also, having a guide doesn't make someone an expert. Anyone can make a guide. Just because I am somewhat new doesn't mean I don't "know anything about the mage class" and just because you say it doesn't make it so o_O You don't know anything about me other than the fact that I'm not familiar with Battle Skills, which I haven't tried out.

I have done further research on this, and it does indeed give more MATK as you level up higher and higher. Sure, the bonus isn't of much use now, but after every level up, you'll gain more and more MATK and it will all stack up eventually. It's fine if you still don't agree with it's potential usefulness. I just wanted to inform you of the characteristics of this spell and that it is indeed not completely useless.

Gah you people should understand that i have already experimented with evry skill possible ffs.

Got a problem with my attitude? *puts on shades* deal with it. And exactly. You are new to the mage class and you dont know much about battle skills and i know evrything there is to know about evry class in the fokin game so when i give you a advice you should consider listening to it instead of bit**n about it. Btw. When i say blacksmith is usefull. It is usefull. When ur lvl 100+ where tf will u spend all those skill points when im lvl 48 and i have like 5-10+ left over. The mage skill tree ends at lvl 60 u will prolly use 20-10 skill points on it and where tf will u stuff all your extra skill points? For example your a full int mage you will craft staff,s better than those tech blacksmiths because when a full int mage crafts a staff the staff gains extra potential points meaning more stats to add on it. So would you rather get pointless battle skills when you can get blacksmith for late game use when ur lvl 80+ and make epic staff,s for yourself and others. Instead of the 7-13 matk battle skill tree currently gives you. Btw bein a blacksmith has alot of benefits. Makin stuff for urself. Then makin stuff sellin it to others always having spina lyin around. And just cuz u get blacksmith tree instead of battle skill tree doesnt mean your weaker at all. The rods you make will make up way more than you could get from battle skill tree. Im askin u now. Is it really worth gettin battle skill tree.

Have you seen Concentration in effect? If so, can you explain how much of a damage difference it gave you?

Using equipment that gives +MP will increase your mana bars. Ie: 100 mana = 1 bar.

Would you say the HP+100 xtal is the best way to go? I can't think of another good available one other than that. The gespenst one seems OK, but I already have more than enough mp as it is.

Atm, Many of the current Crystas available don't benefit mages much. So yes, IMO, its the way to go.

Personally I would prefer +Int even if it is but +1.
HP I am unsure is needed at all in xtal form for mage, we are squishy but that's why revita and knowing your enemy is good haha
Maybe different styles but I prefer the damage
    :)

Agreed, but with no survival skills I have roughly >500hp. Every so often bosses manage to land a hit, and I'm dead. Main reason I went with hp+100 Crystas.

    @BloodSoakedNinja ,
Use MD's ( Magic Devices) only for farming. MD's have a tradius tof 5m unlike the staff which has a 2-3 radius. This makes more opportunitie for mobs to get damaged. This is effected by storm too so main wall isn't the only aoe attack.

    I would go Pure int.
If you do so buy survival skills LVL 2 and put stats points in these skills.
    Hp rest 5
    Hp Boost 10
    Mp rest 5
    Mp Boosy 10

It's also a bit good to add a healing skill such as mini heal just in case you loose hp. You want your Mp charge lvl 10. Same goes for storm, Magic arrows, and wall.
