magic blade conversion

How useful is the matk conversion?

I see a ton, and i mean A TON, of weapon atk items and even 1h/2h abilities and on my quest to find what may have possibly been overlooked in this tree (lets be real: im bored) there are some questions to its purpose especially after seeing that additional melee/magic thread which has me wanting to implement that as well.

Can anyone find any uses for it?

 

sword conversion's effect growth is exponential.
you get (skill level)^2 % of your total weapon atk converted into matk.
100% at lv10

the matk increment is a flat addition, so it is added last, and unaffected by matk%.
but since it is based on your total weapon atk, weapon atk+ and weapon atk% from skills and equipment, as well as refinement value will increase the effect.

 

So brave aura would work?

How much impact does this have on enchant sword dmg? cause I don't really think I see much but the attack involves me casting which makes me think that it may have some use albiet very small as my dmg noticably increases with str.

 

enchant sword is a physical skill. no matk involved

 

I was hoping there was nice trick involved that I'm not aware of. like finding free money in your pocket nice.
