Map data not saving(closed)

Hi guys,need help..everything was fine till i decided to go to land of chaos map..since i entered different places there for the 1st time,it patches and takes time to load..the problem is,when i go back it still patches and loads a long time like it was still my 1st time to go there..cleared cache,restarted my phone,but it seems the downloaded data is not saving.got a lot of free space on my device so idk what to do anymore..its annoying and delays me when doing bosses too..thx a lot guys

 

Your phone maybe is not use to the map, sometimes it takes time to render and save the data of the map

 

Well, i tried going from back n forth the places there again n again still no good. I cant even do the mochelo story quest coz after the talking scene instead of fighting the boss it loads and brings me back at the center of the map :c

 

Theres either some bug in you account/phone that you need send a message to Asobimo or something complicated.
Some devices/phone have problems with the game, But i dont know the problem about the devices.

 

I'll try contacting support if cant really find a way to fix this.tnx man

 

I don't know if it'll work though. Has anyone had any luck via customer support from Asobimo? I had a read through Asobimo's Toram Online ToS recently and it turns out that Asobimo customer support only have to respond to players from Japan.

 

I dont mean to be rude but, Toram online customer service (Asobimo) should care about other people since were the customer of the game. Theres no such thing about a company dont care about their customer. But if it is, that would be selfish. I mean, the company is big.

 

I see..i just hope i cn fix this w/o the need of contacting cs then :/

Found the same problem with Colon Boss after the recent update.
Cannot fight with him, always find myself back to the LUD map right after finished wating for loading screen.

 

Yea i was able to go to scorched plains area and also do the mochelo quest without this prob before the update.hope they cn fix.this if its a bug

Guys it seems that only in scorched plains and other areas near the new boss is bugged,i tried going to other areas where i havent visited yet and there was no prob..when i go to volcano area when its on loading screen it just loads neccessary data,it doesnt download new content :c

 

Guys any update?anyone else experienced this and managed to fix it?
