Max skill points at current level cap

So I recently got back into the game and watched a few build videos.
It was there that I noticed people have way more skill points than my characters do right now.
So, I checked Coryn Club and it says the current skill points add up to 271 in total and...just whaaa?

So first off; what I did was, I checked the emblems and came up with this list of the sp you get from them.

• Consecutive hours played: +8 skill points
• Learning skills (Mastery of skills): +10 skill points
  (Mastery of skill trees): +3 skill points
• Rankings (10): +4 skill points
  (1000): +4 skill points
  (10,000): +4 skill points
• Other (Reviving): +4 skill points
  (Knocked out): +4 skill points

And that's it! Correct me if I'm wrong, but that looks like just a total of +41 skill points.
The current level cap is 195
195+41=236
Is that right?
That's nowhere near the 271 number on Coryn Club?

On another note, I've completed all the emblems other than, played consecutively for 6 hours (1 point), mastery of three skill trees (3 points) and the rankings other than 10 and attacker 1000 (7 skill points)
In total I have 11 more to get.

But, I created a character from scratch, and it only had 28 skill points (and +1 in hard hit) to distribute. But 41-11 should equal to 30?
This is probably because I completely suck at math or something ;-; but I honestly have no clue why it's 28 and not 30.

Anyway, in summary. I don't have enough sp to complete the build I like and its super frustrating! If someone could help me muddle through this I'd be really grateful!

 

you get 2 skill points om every mulitple of 5 levels.

Does it just get added to your skill points?
