Meikyo Shisui Skill

hey guys , is there any diff in meikyo shisui based on skill lvl?
example: meikyo lvl1 / lv5 / lv10, whats the diff ?

 

the penalty on critical damage decreases

 

Meikyo:
Critical Rate bonus: +20 * SkillLvl * 2 (Lvl 1 +22/Lvl 5 +30/Lvl 10 +40)
Critical Damage penalty: (-15 + SkillLvl)% (-14%/-10%/-5%)
DEF/MDEF penalty: -1100 + SkillLvl * 100 (-1000/-600/-100)
Duration: (10 + 2 * SkillLvl) seconds (12 seconds/20 seconds/30 seconds) or until the next skill used

Katana sub/main bonus: Critical Rate +25 & Critical Damage Penalty will be completely negated
