mess up whole mq

so basically i did the mq till chap 2 with my katana char and i decided to make a staff char for farming purpose. and heres the big problem. i press start over at the beginning as idk it means to replay the mq. and so i rush staff mq to chap 3. few days ltr i make a halberd char and i pressed change status to latest then it linked with katana mq. ltr on i press on abandon quest in halberd acc but it skip to the next chapter and thats it. i get 3 char with 3 different story timeline. how i link it all tgt or do i have to create new acc?

Every character has its own progress. This way it's much easier to level up multiple characters up till around 130. You don't need to have all your characters on the same chapter.

 

so basically every char's mq is not linked tgt?

 

Yes.

 

when you select "change status to latest" or abandon the mq, it will update to the latest progress at that time on your account.

even if you delete all characters and create a new one at chapter 2, your latest progress will remain at chapter 3.

while it may be convenient to just drop the mq and update to the latest status, it is very rewarding to repeat it all over, no matter how annoying it may be.
especially at higher levels, the loss of free exp when abandoning the quest only becomes greater.

 

yeah one time i created a new char on my very first acc and not knowing what i was doing made it go to my other char's mq....it was lvl 1 doing a lvl 120 mq.....(lil empress)
