[Mini Heal] or [Bless] ??

i heard at lvl 125 [Bless] has skill upgrade, i need to know after upgrade which one is nice to use.

 

both are nice

Bless recovers 360 hp to all party members over time, it heals more as your matk increases and also get's a bonus if you use a staff.
the upgrade skill at lv125 increases the healing amount, mainly by extending the effect duration.

Mini Heal can't be used on yourself. but it instantly recovers 300+10% of the target's HP and can also be used like First Aid on dead characters.
the advantage of Mini Heal is that it's power doesn't depend on any of your stats.

 

Mini heal can be used on self.
Mini heal better if you are a tank (high hp), bless better for dps (low hp)
