Minimum Crit Rate for Late Game Bosses?

What is the minimum I need to put in CRT personal stat to be able to Crit in tougher content without grazes? Not including Crit Rate gear.

Do bosses have a capped Crit Resistance? Like no boss will ever have more than x Crit Resistance.

Trying to avoid wasting points in CRT if possible. 255 Str, 70 Crt so far on a 1HS build. Thinking about putting points into Dex or Vit. I've seen people do something like putting their stats at 255/147/147. Just wondering if I should do that or at some other ratio.

 

crit hit check is different from accuracy hit check.

accuracy wont let you graze hit (but dont invest in this stats due to imbalance scalling system)

critical rate wont let you miss but you will graze if accuracy fail. (130 total crit rate is the best atm for covering critical resisitance boss)

Was thinking Dex bc it boosts 1hs attack some more on top of the 255 Str. It also boosts Matk and Cspd a little bit, not that I can make use of it right now but I plan to if I can grind out the levels.
