Need an updated (120 cap) staff fu build

As the title says, I'm planning to invest on making a Staff fu but still don't know the very basics on building a decent one.
Yeah, I've read some threads (outdated ones) about staff fus but they all have different opinion/inputs like; u need mp charge maxed some says don't. Some says full dex some says full str and that makes me more confused.
Well, all I only want to know really is an updated skill and recommended equip build screenshots, must have/important skills to max and a lil bit of your opinion of pros and cons of having a staff fu as a whole.
Tbh, I really want to experiment on my own as well but I don't have the ability (orbs/$ for resets and spinas for equip sets) to do so as I am still fairly new in this game.

 

well, the old staff fu was just full STR and triple kick and it got killed by anything if it failed to kill it first, which happened more and more often because of the lack of accuracy at higher levels

you can take a look at my Complete Class Guide (link in signature) to read about weapons and their effects and stats.
in the list of class concepts, the Battle Mage is the one that uses staff and knuckles.
there are 2 possible ways to go about this:
you can use INT, DEX, STR for a more classic magic focused build
or STR, DEX, INT if you prefer to use mainly physical attacks.
whichever you choose, DEX is always the secondary stat since you need accuracy.

omg.. some serious dmg u got there with Wc buff e.e

 

I thought I tweak it a little bit, I believe the atk will raise more in future.
