Need help choosing weapon

I need help for choosing new katana for my tenryu build. Im still new so i dont rly know which one to choose XD. I have 2 option right now:

Kuro momijiatk 45:
Fire elements
+14% damage to earth
CD +14
CR +14

or

Caro tesla atk 71:
Atk +7%
CD +15
CR+15
CR+15%

If you can, choose both
If you can't, then go for the caro tesla one since it can be used on any situation

Also if you happen to have a chocolate katana you could use that as an alternative since it has +25% dmg against neutral bosses (bosses without an element) only downside is lack of crit but that can be fixed

Oh yeah there's not much difference between a7ccc15 and c7ccc15 but it's better to choose full crit for katana

Another question, i have buy caro tesla a7ccc15 and have 2 odelon xtall slotted on my eq (add and ring), yet my 4th tenryu dmg is still around 29k-30k. So... should i get more odelon or should i buy goovua?

 

What's your combo and stats?

Putting more odelon and goovua will indeed increase your damage or don yeti.

Since you use tenryu you don't need to worry about the negative aspd stat the don yeti has. (Seen a vid comparing odelon, goovua and don yeti in terms of damage but haven't tested/experienced it out myself broke af)

 

My combo is:
Reflex->flashblast(save)->kairiki(cons)->tenryu(swift)
Then magadachi and just spam tenryu all the way
Im currently lvl 151
Dex=255
Str=105
Crt=40
My arms is still fc 12, using gothic hat crit +12(odelon) and muscle talisman iv(odelon). Is that ok?

PS. Misteltoe Talisman (Ring) got 2 slots. you have 2 good news for that,
1. it gives some resistance you need as vanguard.
2. it was very Cheap for 2 slots ring. another godsend after Red Purple Gelatin.

 

I have a noob question, Do you still meed 40 CRT stats? The arm and gothic hat crt is not enough?

 

That's totally fine but I guess you could switch it out for mistletoe/machina talisman if you want a cheap 2 slotted ring tho your MP will go lower.

There's also power candy, blade oil and other buffing items that can increase your damage if you haven't tried it out yet.

Probably doing autos before/in-between tenryu will also increase damage due to proration.

I dont have proto leon so i decided to just go with 40 crt to get 100% crit rate, idk if its worth it tho XD

Blade oil is a bit... expensive XD

Machina Ring is good, but dont use that with katana [Xtal Gwaimol], or against annoying enemy [Super Death Mushroom, Ultimate Machina, Mozto Machina, Boss Roga, Twilight Dragon, Jade Raptor, Arcoiris, Decel, Forestia, Grass D. Yelb] because you will get ailment A.F, and get hurt like F. when get hit while you still got ailment status.
