Need help for STR DW

Guys.. What do you think for this build of mine.. Would this build workout to give heavy bombardment and steal attacker rank?
Please share your thoughts and idea.. I need advices really , Im starting to make 1 but i dont know the outcome and can go to waste..
We know STR stats increase CRIT DAMAGE, would this help me increase my rank.. And I guess this build is a good SOLO.

CrossParry increase damage and atk spd for 30secs and can make tumble.

The 1st Combo consumes i guess 2mp or more than 1mp. But with the Trigger Slash at 10 it will recover fast with 1 or 2 auto or the Quick draw will aid it for recovery. The 2nd combo will probable consume 5mp.
If ill finish some of my emblems i might replace Cross parry with Flash stab 1.
