Need help with finding a quest

I haven't played in a while but there is a barrier in front of fabizio boundary where is the quest to get past that?

 

Can you ss the quest it says to do?

Fight Pillar Golem.
Simple.

 

not really, you also need to start pillar golem's quest before that.
it's the same as the Miasma in Nisel Mountain.
check your quest list and read your current main quest. it tells you where to go next.
before pillar golem's quest come the empress and berserker quests.
defeating pillar golem without completing the other quests first will have no effect on the barrier.

 

First thing you need to do is start the Pillar Golem quest. You will then stack yourself up until you eventually fight the Boss, Pillar Golem. Once you do that you unlock the newest story modes. There are 2 in fact.

The story mode with yelb
The story mode with Nurethoth

Other than that there are no other story mode quests until a new update comes out.
