Its fake. Asobimo does not need your email or password to access an account they already have direct access to (even more so than you do tbh).

No matter what, no matter where you are, no matter what game you are playing or what website you are on, if you get sent a message asking you for your email and or password, it is a scam or some other thing meant to harm you. If Asobimo wanted your email and password, they would search for it in their database without asking you. The best thing you and your guild members can do is report the player that sent you that message (the name in the red box).

That's pretty suspicious, Even though the spelling has been wrong with many of their updates for quest etc..Looking at the "Service'" As far as I know they will never ask you for your ID=Email and or password.
They have stated time and time again that they do not ask for that info and if someone else is asking for it it's a scam to get into your account.
I would send a copy of that ss to them directly and find out that way.
Do not send any info do not even reply just keep the mail until you get an official reply from them stating what's going on.
Just don't send your info mkay please don't do it unless you've actually spoken with GM'S from Abis.
Which as far as I know takes place in your email.
Hadn't seen any other post prior to looking at your thread so mines a bit late.
As you can see from the replies from member's they're trying to help you out not to get scammed.
On a completely different note however it is about scamming, There's an actual draft scam going on right now regarding the possibility of War pay so much money to avoid getting drafted into any of the military branches for War which should just prove those types of people are literally everywhere.

Asobimo doesnt mail players using In-game mailing system, they mail your email directly.

Also, ask your guildmates to check their friends list to see if anyone changed their name to Services `

    I didn't! But my bf did ;-; He lost his avatar wings, bottom, and anniversary bow. Luckily he was able to get on the app after this occurred and give me all his gear that still remained on the account, so I could give it to his new account, but by that time the hacker had already changed his password, e-mail, and logged him out so he couldn't log in and reset his password/e-mail. But bc he could still use that character App wise, I thought maybe he could save it? He technically still had the character, just no longer his Asobimo account. When u first open the app something comes up that says "system requirements" an in the upper right it says register account. I suggested just make a new account and hopefully it'll auto save that character to the new account. Considering the hacker logged him out, changed his password/e-mail to the Asobimo account, but his game was still present on the app itself, just with no logged in account I guessed this may work. But he decided to delete the app and reinstall making him perm lose that character. ;-;

He wanted to restart for awhile now anyways, but he was level 200 with most of his skills maxed out. Least he didn't take it to harshly I suppose.

I'm sorry for your BF. But, smh, he was lvl 200, he should've known better. It's really sad to see people keep falling for this kind of scam. At least there's one or two post(s) about this kind of scam every month, really sad. Never in a million years should you reply to these kind of in-game mails, they are 100% fake and a scam. Things you can do to prevent getting scammed by this kind of scam:

    1. Check their spelling/grammar.
Scammers never bother to check their spelling/grammar, so it's really easy to point one out when you spot one mistake. Even if it is official(from Asobimo), it's very unlikely that they would do spelling/grammar mistake. If you yourself isn't good at spotting mistakes, proceed to step 2.
    2. Ignore
Just ignore it, and while you're ignoring it, proceed to step 3.
    3. Seek information
Either on this forum or the official website. Although in the official website they even stated that THEY WOULD NEVER ASK FOR YOUR PRIVATE INFORMATION.

That being said, I hope this will never happen again in the future. Hope this help.
