Yes and it's level 90 251 tech and i do that trick and the skill is level 10

 

That is where you are wrong I got a guild member that makes c999 and he said it is never 100%

 

@gygaxx , when you add C999, how do you do it? Like if possible share the steps in detail

Doing that trick:
First step should use up 27pot. That leaves the 52pot equipment with 25pot remainder.

Second step should consume maybe 11pot? Or does it consume more? Assuming it uses 11pot, you should be left with 14pot.

The third step should consume around maybe 12pot? If it's 12pot used, it's within the 14pot remainder making it a 100% chance.

If you're getting a 58% while doing that method, it would mean that at your last step, you are using over the 14pot remainder. This mean the pot consumption is around 18? Which in itself is a little odd… that's because from 1pot to 16pot, there is no 58% success rate from any negative pot (when your pot consumption exceeds) Refer to ---> Click Me.
