    Bluntly put, no... remember, there's a limit to Prof. EXP Gain... EXP Gain becomes 0 once recipe is... what? 11 levels below Proficiency Level...

    Newest one is Revita VI and still the answer is no. Each recipe only works until your prof is 10 or 11 levels above the Item level so with it's item level being 125 it will only higher your prof to 135 or 136 max.
