newbie mage for farming and DPS

hi here! im currently a new player of toram.. its like ive started playing the game a few days ago.. and right now , i have lvl75 mage..

i have read some thread about mage dagger type posted by @Red_Fox ... but right now, im having some trouble if i am going to continue following his guide since i want to have mage good for farming and at the same time for a dps one.. so im just wondering if you guys can help me.. right now, ive used the reset book and still confuse where to put my stats.. and soon i will reset my skill tree .. so please guys i badly need your help.

Actually I have 3 mages in my char slots. 1farmer(255luk>rest in Int), 1pure dps(egg's pewpew), 1balanced build(my personal build shield-mage).
imo. Seperate dps to your farmer. dps has low drop rate but high damage while farmer has high drop rate but low damage.

 

. oh geez thanks sir.! .. i thought i could be both in the same character.. haha.. so .. which one you think i should build first? the farmer one? or the DPS one? .. thanks again

 

Actually when I started my mage I did the one you like but reset it. 200Int>rest in luk that was my build. Good damage and a li'l drop rate.
If you're gonna do both, start with farmer. Thats what I felt when I reset my mage. Its easier to level up dps when you have farmer.^^

Get the important skills first.
L10 storm
L10 mp charge
L7 impact

L10 drop
L10 mp boost
L5-10 hp boost

L10 magic up
L10 increase energy

L1-10 proc( I chose L10 cos of material points)

Get Int depends on mobs you want to farm then full your luk.

Edited: you can make a tamer-farmer or refiner-farmer.

its been a while.. i would like to say thank you for guiding... know what? ive been able to farm about 20-50k spinas by just selling and farming.. and im on my way to buy essential equips needed to farm more easily..

any suggestion for the equips? as of now i got 179k spinas

 

by the way im level 97 now ... got 82 int and around 100+ luk ..just forgot the actual stats

 

SAVE SAVE SAVE^_^ dont rush buying. Better equipsment needs a lot of spina. For now, save.
If you only farm pova or shell mask, just use npc elflame or drop. If you can farm Iconos for its MD, much better. Thats for earth element mobs only.

What are your equips now?
Get priest skill. Add L1 bless on your skill then farm mino skin in ENGLISH WORLD.
If thats also your IGN, Ill pm you and lets have a good farm.^^

 

well as of now i got demon's staff droppes by mobs, mining bag, albero shield from mobs also, killer coat which i crafted and remodeled into heavy one , philosopher's ring.. not slotted.. thats it... my actual ign is •☆Lyvan☆
