Newbie questions.

Tips from a former newbie Archer(only a few months ago i was in the same spot you are in.)

1. Get familiar with combo system. Its a great way to save mp. Kariin already linked her guide, and that guide helped me a lot too.

2. If you can save up a like 100k spina, buy a cheap NS(no slot) 4th anniv bow. It will last you until high level and then you can upgrade to your main bow.(Theres lots of low lvl items that sell decently. Flower nectar, minotaur skins, parasite/nightmare crystals, etc..)

3. Buy land asap. And add friends. You want a friend with high level HP food. You can get an extra 3000+ hp just from food buff alone. And if you are like I was when i was noob, thats like doubling or tripling your health. Theres also other useful food buffs, but as a new player, HP is of the utmost importance.

4. Have fun. Dont try to get pro too fast. The game is a lot more fun things are new

Also.. what is storm? I hit lvl 70 awhile ago and learned snipe..should i learn other skills from other combat skills?

 

Storm is a skill from the Mage Tree. It's best to learn skill trees that will complement your playstyle and build. Some skill trees are compatible with one another, some aren't.

 

I would stick to shot skills for now. Max snipe lvl 10, its the strongest skill until you unlock tier4 skills. Use the guides on this forum is very helpful.
