Newer +20 stats with stat increase(discontined)

    Seems a straight formula to me, but I got gamble even with 80 pot cone if you want all stats:
    Type : Weapon (Abracadabra Cone III)
    Original Potential : 41
    Starting Potential : 80
    STEP #0: INT % +7, CSPD % +9 x1
    STEP #1: INT +1, Natural HP Regen %-10, DEF %-10, Dodge-10, Aggro %-15 x1
    STEP #2: INT % +3, INT +19, MATK % +10, CSPD % +11 x1
    Success rate: 96%

    amazing formula, the cspd isn't really necessary for finale and we can do this formula on so low pot staff

    @edit: honed the formula (IM10%I20Aggro%-15), works on lowest potential staff (rod, 15 pot)

    I believe it is 20% from Expert's creation+10% from careful creation. That is taken from the base potential and added into the final calculation. heaven feather grab's base potential is 41, 41 x 0.30(thats 30% from both level 10 creation skills) = 12.3 pot rounded down to 12. every 10 VIT gives +1 potential to armor when crafted, so having 270 VIT will grant you +27 pot. 41+12+27=80 potential total

    Accuracy is a meaningless stat if you have 100 critical rate. Critical hits always land and can only be evaded.

    Success rate: 100%

    You should always put % to elem as step 0, so you're not forced to slap on something that costs 71k+ mana in a single step (max 17 characters without bag expansion gives 69k for reference). This formula is doable with a mat cap of 48k (3 characters). If you have bag expansion, you can put steps 5 and 6 together, but that requires like 90k mana in 1 step. Splitting it this way allows the non-paying players to stat the same stat at 100% success.

    Heaven base potential is 41
    VIT 275 give additional 27 potential
    BS creation skill give 10%+20%=30% potential
    So total is rounddown(41*1.3)+27 = 53+27=80

    The BS need to have limit break only get 80 pot and some slotted take always few potential.
